Nutritional Gardens

Gardens for cultivation of basic household food needs have been set up. The low input gardens can be used for the production of different types of vegetables, medicinal plants and fruit trees. The gardens seek to maximize land available to the households for food production. A herbal nursery has been set up in Bulawayo for the production of seedlings that are distributed to other production centres and farmers that are willing to engage in production. Training is offered on agronomic practices, uses of herbal plants and post harvest processes.
