Youths At FrontLine

The Frontline Youth portfolio promotes sustainable programs to invest in the character, personal, emotional, social, health, and spiritual development of the youth.

The objective of these programs is mainly to promote leadership development amongst young people, instill responsibility as well as embedding a sense of purpose in every way possible.

‘Youth in Technology’ aims to close the gap in terms of education and opportunities. Since the majority of youths do not have access to computers, we hope that by establishing computer based learning at youth centers in the community, we would enhance learning and access to communications and technology.

An enterprise based competition designed to spot and develop young entrepreneurs and to introduce new sustainable and empowering opportunities for young people, Race for Upcoming and Dynamic Entrepreneurs (RUDE) runs alongside Youth Voices in the Media>, an initiative that got off to an exciting start in September 2008. Music, drama, theatre and poetry are used in community mobilization and HIV/AIDS advocacy work.
